The NTW NHS Foundation Trust and public services are entering its most difficult time of change and cost improvement we have seen since 1983. Unison the public service Union is keen to work along side the Senior Management team to protect our member’s terms and conditions and secure long term employment for our members throughout the next 5 years.

We are experiencing much change in many Directorates throughout 2010/11. Time and Attendance will be introduced along with productive wards and many Administration reviews will take place Trust wide.
